Tether (poem)

sometimes I feel the pull of the tether.
this worn out yarn, connecting me to you
and you to me.

some days it falls to the ground.
other days it tightens,
with my heart dragging through the dirt.

but time- time has shown me better.
time has placed me on a straight line,
untangling all the circles and knots.

for I have the strength now
to grab these sharp blades of the future
and cut myself free.

Hiya, I’m really glad I’ve found this information. Today bloggers publish only about gossips and net and this is actually irritating. A good site with exciting content, that is what I need. Thank you for keeping this web-site, I’ll be visiting it. Do you do newsletters? Can’t find it.
