• Tenderloins - whole or steaks
• Burger - we can add fat to make it easier to cook
• Roasts
• Chili Meat
• Pork Chops
• Spare Ribs
• Ground Pork
Remember our motto at The Chopping Block is Your Meat - Your Way! That means if there is a cut of meat you don't see here, we can make it for you upon request. When you bring your animal in, we will review your cutting instructions to be sure you get everything processed just the way you like it. We have even made custom blend sausage seasoning for some of our customers.
