Smoked Hams & Chops

We make tasty smoked hams and smoked pork chops too.  We soak the hams and pork chops in our special "ham juice" recipe for two days, then they go into the smoke-house for 8-10 hours.  When it comes out, it smells so good!  Our "ham juice" recipe is a salt cure, just like the old fashioned way.  Curing & Smoking hams and chops give them an incredible flavor you'll keep coming back for.
